Hotel dekat Penshurst Park

"Great place, good location"

"We had an issue that the safe did not function. We reported it straight away and the member of staff went and reported it to the manager. Sadly nothing was done and we had to carry valuables with us all the time which was a bit inconvenient . Other than that we found it to be clean quiet well presented and very convenient for the train. Excellent sausage and mash in the Bistro. We would not hesitate to return. Please note that they do not offer breakfast of any kind but there are several cafes...

"It was okay but little things add up, TV was faulty and needed to be reset every time it was used, the universal remote was hopeless and needed reprogramming and light film curtains are useless if you want to sleep past sunrise, they need to have heavy curtain option,"

"We unexpectedly needed a room for the night following the cancellation of an international flight, facing the option of a night spent in the airport. We so appreciated the opportunity to check in at short notice. Staff were most helpful and the room was everything we needed for an overnight stay , including tea and coffee making. And very reasonably priced."

"My Wife & her twin sister left their passports in the safe at the hotel and only noticed at check-in at the airport( 10 hours later lol), the staff at the hotel headed up by David came to the rescue and very kindly returned their passports to them at the airport via an uber they could not have been any more helpful. The food, atmosphere and staff over the 12 day trip were fantastic can defo recommend KW & DW"

"Good location, clean and reasonably priced."

"So very helpful, it was my first trip having to use a wheelchair because of illness. Staff was Great 😃 The ability to get around was easy, places to eat etc and now the cronulla sharks club is open it should be even better!"

"Very clean room. Staff were very friendly and helpful parking excellent and secure"

"Could be better when we say to clean up the room and the entrance n reception needs to be clean as it was dusty n dirty. Otherwise eveything was gd"

"Okay"

"It's great to stay if you have early flights as it is only a 5 minute walk to international terminal. Bed was very comfortable."
