"The location- easy access to everything I needed; the wedding venue etc. my room was very nice- super clean. I had a queen suite and it felt like home. Just loved it! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!"

"There was no ice container, no glasses in the room. No trash container in the bathroom. Was not impressed with the breakfast in the morning. Only had waffles and a long line to use the waffle maker and cereal with no milk."

I politely asked about the status of the refund, but the staff member who answered raised their voice at me and spoke in a way that felt disrespectful. I understand that questions about debit vs. credit cards may be important, but there was no need to be rude. Customer service should be courteous, especially when guests are simply...

"Terrible experience. The manager on duty was rude and told me to “use common sense” when I asked about the pool being closed but not the water slide and hot tub. Our room was not cleaned (used toilet paper and shampoo). Hopes in the walls and ductape holding the headboard together. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!"

"We loved how smart this place was. The rooms were useful, the staff was very nice, and the breakfast was good (as was the coffee). The location was great and easy to get to all the attractions. The pool table in the foyer was my son's favorite, as was the gym. We were on a road trip around the Dakotas and stayed in 4 hotels over a week and a half, and this was our favorite."
