"1. Rooms are dirty and aged 2. Receptionist are not friendly and looks like they are not happy to work there. 3. Limited choices in the breakfast settings. Dining tables and chairs in the restaurant on level 2 are like canteens in factories 4. Power switches in the room falling apart. 5. Its stated that it's a 4 star hotel. But it's infact a 1 star. Badly run down premise. 6. No security measures. Any one can just get into the rooms from lifts or stairs. Its ashame that this hotel...

"We arrived just past midnight and fortunately the front desk was still open for check in. It was just for an overnight stay for us. The room is clean except the toilet. Room was neat but bare. Although, we asked for an upper floor, the CSO said no, just left with ground floor unit. However, we were rudely awaken by the loud telephone ringing around 9 am. There were 3 calls in total and of course it broke our sleep otherwise it would have been a good sleep as the bed and pillow were firm. "
