"The maintenance of the room needed to be improved. The wash basin was partially choked. Used water drained slowly. The monitor for the Aircon was blur. As such I couldn't adjust the room temperature"

"Hotel is clean. However need to improve on the WC as it easily get blocked when flushing possibly due to the WC design. Should study how to overcome this issue."

"Amazing place to stay with our family!"

"The room was small and compact, featuring only basic amenities and lacking windows. Unfortunately, the thin walls allowed loud banging sounds to be clearly audible, which significantly detracted from the overall staying experience."

"strategic location and good price"

"Dekat dengan pusat pembelanjaan Giant, tidak jauh dari tempat kuliner "

"We checked-in in the evening around 8pm. Was appalled to see big group of people in the house having 1st Birthday Party celebration and was informed by host that the party will end at 12.30 am. Thereafter was brought to another room which was not what we have booked. Host gave crxp reason saying that it was to reduce noise level! The actual room we booked was just opposite ours (4 steps away) and later we found out that it was because the room was given to others. Very dishonest! We couldnt rest...

"Hall & Rooms were clean and good. Fully air-conditioning. Shopping mall is just next door and convenient. Wash Rooms were neat. However, water pressure a bit low for bath. Overall neat and clean."

"saya menginap tipe apartment. Sangat bersih, luas, fasilitas sangat lengkap, sungguh sulit dipercaya saya bisa mendapatkannya dg harga yang murah. Lokasi hotel persis diseberang lego land, hanya 5 menit berjalan kaki melewati mall of medini (sebutan mall agak berlebihan bagi saya, sebenarnya hanya terdiri dr beberapa resto dan mini market). Lingkungan hotel sangat sepi. Tetapi untuk wisata keluarga ke lego land, tidak ada yg lebih baik selain menginap disini. "
