"Room was spotlessly clean. Bedding smelled fresh, not likre bleach. Check in was quick. Front desk phoned us to see if everything was ok and did we need anything (we've never had this done before) - this was a very nice touch. Breakfast was fine."

"I am a handicapped woman and need assistance to walk. There was no elevator and it was not mentioned in the website. It was with great difficulty for me to navigate the stairs both going up and down. My husband just had surgery too and had to carry the luggage up to the second floor with a lot of difficulty. The room was clean. The breakfast was sufficient. The person who checked us in on May 9th around 4 p.m. was not very friendly or helpful."

"Bathroom had holes in ceiling stains on tiles, terrible , wallpaper peeling and cracks Fireplace not working Breakfast pasties stale, eggs swimming in water not cooked Needs a lot of work no guest should be put in a room that requires maintenance or repairs. Dangerous safety hazard. Will not recommend or stay again. "

"Fantastic hotel. Everything was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, modern, and provided great linens. Amazing gym. Breakfast in the mornings did the trick and the unlimited coffee. Lots to offer for the area around the property. I have stayed at this hotel many times and will be returning many times more! "

"Great location. Walk to the waterfront park, harbour and downtown Orillia. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I had a small room in the basement. Everything was updated and clean, including the bathroom. The room down there is small, but that was reflected in the great price I received. I was on my own so it worked for me. There are larger rooms in the hotel. Staff were very friendly. Parking right at the hotel is a bit tight but they have an overflow lot. Check inside if you...

"Shower was terrible..dirty, water backed up and very loud like a machine gun going off. Hairs on bathroom floor. Breakfast very limited options. Old apples the only fruit and fake egg pancakes. Was busy and pretty loud...thin walls and big gap until door."
