"The room was warm with an odd odour upon arrival, we sprayed some freshener to cover it up as best we could. The carpet throughout the hall and entrance was dirty and the hall temperature was very warm (in summer) and not temperature controlled. The building is in ruff shape unfortunately and poorly maintained."

"Showed up 5 min before check in- time. Was told we would probably have to wait for our room to be finished since they were understaffed, but given no information on how much time. Thankfully after I insisted that we had somewhere very important to be we were given another room that was ready but had doors leading to the room next door. Because of these doors we could hear the people next door until 2 am. One of the beds duvet smelled extremely musty and mildew like. Had to sleep in the other...
