"I found the staff very helpful, especially the young man who worked over night. We experienced a slight problem, and he could not have been nicer. He represented the hotel extremely well. Breakfast was uninspiring but generally good. The view from the breakfast room is lovely. The common areas seem a little tired, but the room was very good value - especially as we overlooked the lake. "There was no Hot Water for washing or showers. I talked to the staff and they said it would be fixed right away, it never was. It’s hard totakeacold shower after a hot day touring. The place was being remodeled. I think it should have been closed. The muddy parking area was hard on your shoes. Only one elevator was operable. We waited 10 minutes to get down from the 8th floor. It was scary if there was an emergency it would have been a disaster. Not Good!!"
