"In one was on property. We have to call a phone number they left on a note to get us checked in. The heater in the room very noisy. I dont know how to adjust it. And there is no one on property to talk to . It is just a messy situation. We haven’t slept well. For breakfast, no coffee ( thermo there but it is empty !!) again , no one there to help. It was a bad experience for us. I do believe if someone was there, probably the experience would be much better. Very disproportionated ! "

They don’t have a front desk employee, you have to call someone else so they go over there and it can take them up to 20 minutes to get there. They didn’t tell me my room was changed because the heater was broke and they gave me a room with one bed even though I paid for a room with two beds. They ended up getting us a room in the hotel near that one. Even if it’s cheap I won’t recommend it at all. The...

"Very clean. Plenty of pots/pans to cook with. Easy check in. Lovely view. Rooms are large and bed are comfortable. Lots of pillows which I love. "

"It felt like our room hadnt been used for a while. There was dust on the bed, dead bugs in corners, and the sink didnt drain well and had an old, standing water smell."

It had very comfortable beds and the peace and tranquility around the area was noticeable. The hostess was very friendly and invited us to s'mores around a fire pit with good conversation. "Never stay here! The reviews are very deceptive. The hot tub is the only reason we chose to stay and it doesn’t even work which is probably a good thing after seeing how disgusting the rooms are! Hair in the sheets, tub and toilet looked like it has NEVER been cleaned and the TV didn’t even work. We up and left it was so bad and they never helped with a discount or our money back. I would rather sleep in the horse compartment of my horse trailer!!!! "

"Comfortable room if a bit dated. Direct TV didn't work even though the staff tried everything to help. They were very accommodating. The attached restaurant was good. The "lodge" is really an old motel that has been renovated. Still, it was a comfortable stay."
