"Bkack mold in the room and shower. Bathroom light was automatic but took hours to turn back off and bathroom door didnt close from the outside so the light would keep you up. Musty smell in the room and no window"
"Breakfast was excellent great variety of food on offer catering for all tastes. Parking on arrival at the EV charging points was easy and made easier as we had already downloaded the Monta app. Plugging in to start the charge proved a little more difficult but we got there eventually!!
Standard of room was very pleasing. Great sized bed and brew making facilities. Bathroom was clean and the walk in shower was an unexpected bonus.
The dining experience in the evening was super. From arriving at the front of house to being seated. We both enjoyed the food ordered and with it being my wife’s birthday the Apple dessert was a great offering!
I cannot enthuse enough regarding your staff. They were polite pleasant and professional at all instances when engaged.
I would thoroughly recommend your establishment to anyone and should we return to Nottingham we would look to repeat our stay at the Orchard Park."
"Breakfast was phenomenal.
It was strange that there was only one robe in the double bedroom and I wish coffee and biscuits were replenished in the room every day.
Otherwise, I have nothing negative to say. This was my third stay in this hotel and I love it there every time. "
"Hotel is in desperate need of updating. Rooms and bathrooms are in poor condition. Hallways have visible marks and dents in the walls and carpets. Food is poor in Zest, breakfast is mediocre. "
