"Convenient location, very nice hotel"

"Staff treated us like family and welcomed us to stay. The rooms were very clean and surprisingly well designed. Normal room extras were available from hair dryer, extra towels, ice tub, shampoo, and body wash. The bed was wonderful to sleep in, fresh and crisp linens. Oh! And best treat of all, the shower was room, clean, great water pressure, and fast hot water ready system. I turned the knob and yes cold water first, but five seconds later, HOT water was available. Most excellent stay! Need more of these as a state wide franchise. Good job!"

"The staff was awesome. Very friendly. Rooms all smell like mildew. The tile was falling off. Can see where mold is growing behind shower walls. Looks like they tried to reduce electric bill by shutting off air conditioning and in Florida, mold and mildew took over. We have stayed here multiple times and the property Has gone down hill this last year. "

"Property and room were filthy, smelly, and dirty. Hallway smelled like urine and smoke. I immediately booked another hotel and left, I felt so dirty and unsafe."

"House and pool area was clean and spacious. The only negative that I can even think of is one of the neighbors like their loud music. Everything else was great!"
