"Check in was to be at 4 pm. Our room wasn't ready until 630 pm. The front desk said they would call. They didnt , we went shopping at the l9t stores. It was 101 degrees. 2.5 hours last what seemed a whole afternoon. I finally called the hotel number at 630 , and was met with indignance I told them my name and explained I had a reservation and my room was not ready, the security guarde was great with help. "We stay here when we are working at our property in Galloway.Staff is always great here.They are in the process of remodeling the rooms not an issue with stay.This is not a 5 star hotel.Being said it is within 15 minutes of AC with plenty to do within 20 minutes in all directions.If you need a place to relax and sleep and shower you can’t go wrong.They need an ICE machine."
