"I was really starting to believe the hospitality industry was dead, because we've had nothing but disappointments over the last decade. Thankfully Caesars proved me wrong. The staff was so helpful, accommodating and friendly. We got lost trying to check in because we were so distracted by the wild Roman decor and gelato, but a staff member walked with us across the casino to the lobby to check in. Like night and day difference from when we visited Vegas! And this location really has all you could want from an Atlantic City hotel. It rained the entire time we were there, but the hotel had everything we wanted under 1 roof- coffee maker in the room, starbucks downstairs- and when we wanted street pizza it was a close walk in either direction. The room was updated and fun to hang out in too. Honestly one of the best hotel stays we've had in recent memory. We're already planning our next trip, and absolutely staying at Caesars. Oh and get Caesars Rewards- they want you to come back so room rates are super cheap!!"
