"This hotel was the Worst , rooms were switched because a broke thermostat we waited for two new rooms all day the kids were kicked out of the pool at 8 and it did not open up until 4 the staff did the best they could with what they had Alicia was a joy but we will never stay here again "

"Unfortunately I only spent about 9 hours at the resort but in that time I can say I am looking forward to returning. The room was very nice and clean. The food stand in the lobby was open at 3am when I wanted a salad! Can’t wait to go back. "

"Do not come to Showboat for an overnight stay. This hotel is only good for the water park. The hotel needs a most needed upgrade. Our beds had a dent in the middle, the WiFi did not work and the fridge was hot. We canceled our 2nd night for another hotel."
