"I didn't like the check out process. I waited 45min for a elevator and my fiance waited and took a service elevator down. We stayed on the 45th floor so every cart was full... I'm 9month pregnant"

"Basically the hotel is perfect but one day they have an event and they closed the pool for the guest. so then I complain why they didn't tell us that in advance?
Finally, I got compensation for that day so I could I could use another hot tub"
