"This is a two star hotel at best. We asked to change rooms because the duvet cover had stains. The rooms range from dark to dingy. Decor is East Block circa 1990. Creepy dark corridors. Our room had the shower in the bedroom, separated by a curtain similar to what you find in hospitals. The shower was a sunken bathtub which posed a hazard to enter and exit. The hotel is more than three kilometres from the historic centre. Since the tram was closed, taxi fares added about 100 Euros to the cost....

"This hotel is really well located. We loved the coffee bar opposite, and chose that for our breakfasts. The hotel is fine but could be more warm in its welcome. Also, much more thought could be put into the rooms, to make them more user-friendly. Some hooks on backs of doors, shelves etc would be really helpful for storage. Even the bedside tables were too small to be really useful."

"The air conditioning system needs repair, so I recommend you stay elsewhere during hot days. My family had 3 rooms. Two of the rooms had some cooling, but the air conditioner fan noise was terrible. It made a loud grinding noise that was not the normal whoosh sound of a fan. The third room had no cooling and a loud obnoxious fan noise."
