"The hotel is beautiful! It is decorated in an updated yet traditional venetian style, which is perfect and adds to the atmosphere. The hotel is set in a historical palace, but has all the comforts of a modern five-star hotel. The staff are friendly and very attentive, they helped us several times with recommendations and ordering a taxi. "This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here. "

"The staff was very helpful leading up to our stay. They helped coordinate transportation from the train station to the property, where they had a dock right in front of the hotel. A public transportation station is only a few steps from the hotel as well. They also help set up transportation from the hotel to the airport upon checkout. We got to the hotel before our room was ready so they let us store our bags and they put them in our room when it was ready. They had complimentary drinks for us as well. For my wife’s birthday, they had a bottle of champagne in the room for her. The room with the canal view was breathtaking. Breakfast was amazing. The entire staff was very accommodating throughout our stay. No complaints at all. A real gem of a location in Venice. Will stay here again. One minor recommendation. Upgrade televisions in the room to allow streaming options."
