"Very friendly and helpful front desk. Lovely rooms, and probably the most comfortable beds we’ve ever had at a hotel. Location was amazing. Breakfast wasn’t included as noted in the ad, but they quickly made it right with us. Beach towels only were included, not chairs or umbrella as noted in Expedia. Parking was challenging but there are for pay garages nearby. Overall was a great spot and will stay again."

"The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great, just one block from the beach and Ocean Drive. Breakfast was fair, had the usual continental staples. While the room and property were clean, the hotel just seems tired and run down. The rooms are in need of a face-lift. Also, our room was extremely small. It was ok for our one night stay, but longer than that may be uncomfortable."

"Die Unterkunft war super für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern. Sauber und groß genug. Auch sehr nah ocean drive und zum Strand. Kann man definitiv weiterempfehlen."

"Very nice place to stay. It was like a home away from home with all the amenities. This wouldn’t be a proper review of the hotel unless I mentioned the location. Only one block in from the beach, less than a four minute walk to have your feet in the sand. We were situated perfectly to enjoy several of the best attractions. A wonderful place to stay and I wouldn’t mind coming back again. And now for the bad. Something that’s out of the control of the hotel is the parking situation, but it will...

"I called 3 times for info, too book and for directions and parking and each time I called, it answered quickly and the front ask helped with whatever I needed. Check In was easy. Our rooms were spotlessly clean. We ate outside at their restaurant and service was quick and efficient. The food was excellent. We really loved their open coffee and ice water bar. It was a very nice amenity . They have an ice machine down stairs and I was down there filling up my ice bucket for my water bottles....

"Logement très bien situé dans Miami Beach. Chambre fonctionnelle, très grande et propre dans l'ensemble. Un réfrigérateur et une machine à café sont disponibles mais pas de coin cuisine. La salle de bain est grande également par contre l'évier est petit, les joints de la baignoire sont à reprendre et le pommeau de douche, plein de calcaire, devrait être nettoyé ou remplacé. Le logement est calme dans l'ensemble mais il n'y a pas de store ou de rideau occultant et on entend quand même assez bien...
