"The entrance to the hotel reception is not easy to find. They are all friendly and welcoming, but the hotel entrance is best on the side instead of going to the hotel restaurant."

We stayed in a large, clean room that comfortably fit four people. The unseen staff provided great customer service, allowing us to have a late check-out at no cost so we could enjoy the beach. No where to dry out wet bathing suits and beach towels. Room was larger than expected. WiFi excellent. "

"You have to go to a restaurant to check in and how are you supposed to know this. The ice machine was out of ice when we left. The room could have had a microwave. The room was nice size and very clean. Plenty of food options nearby. Good location. Parking is at the local city parking lot which is $20 a day or hourly if you go in and out. The ad said the parking was $15."

"This is an honest review of my experience here: The rooms were spotless cleaned, and looked like they are fully renovated. The staff goes above and beyond, best service ever. Everyone who works there I would give them a 10. At the pool they have big bottles of sunscreen for everyone to use and I loved that. We also loved the game room for the teens and kids, I just wish it was opened until later but they close at 6pm. On the other hand, the hotel is very old, so the layout of the property is...

"Good basic room but very very loud throughout the night. Bar on the ground floor always with a noisy crowd and rooms have no sound insulation so you can hear it loud and clear all night "

"The property itself is charming. The location is in the middle of great restaurants. The rooms are SMALL. The rooftop pool is nice as well, but we only went up to check it out and had a shot at the bar. We did have a few mishaps. Our shower was out of soap and we didn’t know until we were in the shower. Our phone didn’t work so we couldn’t call the desk. They took care of those things after we went downstairs. Our air conditioner stopped working during the day and we called to let them know....
