"It's a row of rooms on a ground level, and the one close to the street is more noisy. Situated a few blocks from the beach. The room itself is extremely clean (like scrubbed-clean) and very spacious, has two beds with great matresses (mid to firm firmness). Kitchen and bathroom are also scrubbed clean although older-looking. The communication was amazing: Oscar, the manager, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! "The kitchenette was well equipped. Could have used some dish detergent and some more towels for hand washing dishes. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The temperature controls and cooling system worked very well and quietly. Check in and communicate very easy. The room needs more hooks and towel bars. No where to dry out wet bathing suits and beach towels. Room was larger than expected. WiFi excellent. "

"L’hôtel est globalement très bien. En revanche, notre expérience avec le transport a été extrêmement décevante. Nous avions demandé un taxi pour 18h, mais avons dû attendre 30 minutes, ce qui nous a mis en retard. De plus, il ne s’agissait manifestement pas d’un taxi officiel, mais plutôt d’un VTC. Le tarif appliqué était totalement excessif : 88 € pour un trajet entre Miami Beach et l’aéroport international, soit environ le double du prix habituel. Il est inacceptable qu’un établissement...

"The Shepley is a great boutique hotel. The staff are excellent, courteous and always available. The Continental Breakfast offers plenty of varieties. For the early riser, like me, breakfast doesn't open until 7:30 AM. I would have liked to be able to grab at least a coffee a little earlier. They are a block from the beach and provide chairs, umbrellas and towels. We really enjoyed our stay. FYI: To the mobility challenged, access to the 2nd floor is by a steep staircase. "

"The Esme Miami did not dissapoint. From the beautiful room with an amazing balcony, to the staff. Everyone was do friendly and helpful. The food at each of the restaurants was great. The roof top pool and bar was a great way to end the evening. My daughter and I were there for a girls trip and definitely will be back"
