We stayed in a large, clean room that comfortably fit four people. The unseen staff provided great customer service, allowing us to have a late check-out at no cost so we could enjoy the beach. "In terms of customer service I have travelled a lot and never seen anything like this. The team are very responsive and reactive always ensuring that everything is taken care of. They go above and beyond and if there is any issues they are very quick to respond and solve these issues. It’s very refreshing to stay somewhere like this where you are treated like a real guest like it used it be back in the days. If I am ever in Miami again I would only stay here!"

"The Bentley hotel was a really nicely appointed place to stay in South Beach Miami. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and always available to assist. We used the bikes we had Prosecco on the rooftop and anytime we had a request the staff responded to things promptly. I would go back again and stay at this property in a heartbeat. So lovely! "Had an outstanding stay at Casa Cañita, especially thanks to the lovely staff we met - Anto and Augustina. The hotel is brand new and beautiful, with well-decorated and unexpectedly spacious rooms. The nespresso machine and mini fridge were also much appreciated. The hotel is centrally located in South Beach and walkable to everything we wanted to do. We loved walking Ocean Drive at night after welcome mojitos and DELICIOUS food from the Casa Cañita restaurant below, which also had lovely live...

"The kitchenette was well equipped. Could have used some dish detergent and some more towels for hand washing dishes. Bed and pillows very comfortable. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The temperature controls and cooling system worked very well and quietly. Check in and communicate very easy. The room needs more hooks and towel bars. No where to dry out wet bathing suits and beach towels. Room was larger than expected. WiFi excellent. "

"The room needed to be cleaned the bathroom floor and table tops were dirty with dust food and hair. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and accommodating they helped us the entire time. They were very hospitable Fernando and Isreal helped us with late check out. The food at the restaurant out front was also delicious. All in all it was a good experience. There is a CVS next door with cleaning supplies also. Lol "

"Room was clean but very tight, especially bathroom. Soap dispensers very difficult to get soap out of holder(like they don’t want you to use too much). Beautiful location, right across of park and beach. Great restaurants along Ocean Dr. Enjoyed the free bicycle rentals. "
