"I wouldn’t go back. The bedroom is so small , I couldn’t get around the end of the bed to go pee but instead had to crawl over my wife. It’s a sterile high truck conceft building with heavy bleach smell in the hallway and a robot going back and forth cleaning, the fridge had a toxic cleaner odor that the food absorbed. The area was good with transportation, groceries and restaurants all nearby and also close to the airport."

"Buen hotel para ir a un concierto al Wanda Metropolitano. Andando 25 minutos. Evitas colas al salir del estadio. Estaba límpio, las camas cómodas, el aire acondicionado ( mucha calor en Madrid) y el Wifi funcionaron perfectamente. Si vas en coche, por detrás del hotel encontramos aparcamiento en una zona residencial y si quieres aparcamiento también lo ofrecen. El desayuno estaba bueno. Hay variedad. Sólo estuvimos una noche, no podemos opinar de otros servicios como la piscina,...

"The apartment is spotless and beautiful. Further, the management team are very responsive and helpful. We requested a late check-out, and they were very accommodating. You are close to the airport and there are many shops around. The only issue we had was using the keyless entry. A few times, we couldn't open the main entrance door downstairs. There appears to be a connection issue with the internet perhaps. I would happily stay here anytime. Thank you for everything :)"

We would return but two things were unusual for a hotel of this category: 1. the air was turned off in the room and we coul not open the window because of the wind and alergies. So, the room was overly warm and there was no way to remedy it. We tried the thermostat but the system was obviously turned off which is fairly normal in this season because the hotels try to save on energy.
