"We stayed at this hotel for six nights, and unfortunately our experience with housekeeping and customer service was extremely disappointing. Starting from our third night, we repeatedly requested that our bed sheets and duvet covers be changed. We informed the front desk multiple times on the third, fourth, and fifth days of our stay, but the bedding was never properly replaced. After several complaints, housekeeping eventually left what they claimed were clean sheets and duvet covers on top...

"Booked the room due to high reviews but had an average experience. The room was small but nicely designed and quiet despite facing the busy street. Breakfast was good and a free beer at the pub downstairs was appreciated. On the negatives the stairs/hallway smelled like fish and chips which fortunately didn’t impact the room and TV and WiFi spotty at best. Overall, a fine and convenient home base for exploring the area but won’t be a return trip for me."

"The hotel is in a very nice part of London, aware from the hussle and bussle but with easy access to all areas. Good restaurant and bar. Staff friendly and helpful. Our toilet had a problem on our last day with the water running and the flusher broke."

"We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."

"The staff were fantastic. We had an issue with the washer/dryer the day we checked in and it was resolved immidately. Annamarie and Amid were at the front desk and they were very friendly and helpful in getting information on restaurants and activities around the apartment."

"Room is nicely furnished and clean, but for whatever reasons equipped with only 1 roll of toilet paper. You will be provided with more, but have to ask in the lobby for it, as there is no room cleaning/service provided during your stay."

"The property is located within short walking distance from Earls Court station and Gloucester Road. I loved how spacious this hotel was including all the amenities we needed. The staff were all lovely and accommodating - we requested an extra blanket, mirror to do our makeup, and late checkout and they were super lovely and helpful."

"We loved our stay here, in The Highgrove Suite. It was perfect for family of 5. We kept commenting on how spacious it was, how nice the bathrooms were, everything so clean, and so great to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer so that we didn’t have to pack as much! The staff were very kind and helpful and the 24hr staffing was very reassuring. It was so convenient to the Earls Court tube station and we quickly learned how to navigate the city. The Kensington neighborhood was completely safe...

"Tiny rooms. We were downgraded to a "cosy" room despite booking a "queen" which was ridiculously small. Management insisted the two rooms were the same (they were not). Finally moved to a queen room the 2nd night of our stay which was very small but acceptable. Both rooms had shower drains that did not drain with water overflowing into the bathroom. In both rooms you can hear the people in the rooms next door and hear people in their rooms from the hallway. Location is good. Beds are comfy. Stay...

"Great London Location. We just returned from staying five nights at the indigo hotel Kensington in London. The neighborhood was convenient to Earl Court underground station and had several good restaurants, nearby. The rooms were spacious and pretty with nice big bathrooms, including tub and separate shower. I felt like I was getting a British experience and not just another typical hotel vibe. My husband and I will return to this location if we are back in London again."
