"Room and bathroom spotless, but remember this is abudget hotel with no lounge or restaurant, earls court shops and food outlets very close within minutes of walking. Staff excellent friendly and approachable also very happy to answer questions and helpful, talked me through how to use my uber app. If your aftercheap ish and cheerful then this is for you. Linens changed daily bed very surprisingly comfortable....better than mine..lots of hot water and pressure also better than mine at home. All inall very much enjoyed my time in london, hotel made it comfortable. "
