"I was a solo traveller every staff member interaction was so heart warming and kind. Every time I need I need something the promptly have it my room. I was shocked! The room was beyond clean and I love that we have the option to click a switch to request housekeeping to clean or privacy. That option really comes in handy when trying to catch extra sleep."

"Pretty decent traveler’s hotel that seems to cater to large tour groups. To-go options for breakfasts and the kitchen in our room was super convenient tho we didn’t use it. Parking was convenient on site, and it’s centrally located in downtown Calgary. The only downside was that our room was (I think) on top of a major machine room - so the floor and bed picked up the vibration throughout our stay, but we were tired enough it didn’t bother us much during our stay."

"We’ve staid here many times over the years and have always enjoyed our stay but this may have been the last time. When we checked in we didn’t have any towels, rooms are getting run down and need updating, kids pool was freezing cold both times that we went, and the floor in pool area was quite dirty it gave me an ick feeling. We also tried the dinner buffet in the restaurant and was not good at all. Not sure if we will be back but I have to say the staff are always amazing. So friendly and helpful."
