"All the staff were lovely. Couldn’t do enough for us. Helped us when we couldn’t work the TV and washing machine out. Our roomwas beautiful . Very comfortable bed. The pool and spa were heated so enjoyed those. We will definitely be going back."

"I had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless, well looked after, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were so helpful and really made us feel welcome. I'd highly recommend staying here, especially for families, as they're very accommodating and make you feel right at home. "Mould in the shower, noisy tenants appeared to be a halfway house which was not disclosed. Smoking in the carpark and cigarette butts everywhere. The 2 flights of stairs it took to get to my room with a toddler were worn and a risk of slipping, especially in the wet weather. No lift and the one way driveway was a real risk, especially with parking on one side of the already restricted driveway. The beds just had a flat sheet on them, there was a mink blanket in the cupboard, but the bedding was...

"Rooms were very spacious, perfect breakfast, lovely staff. Pool facility was basic woth some tiles needing repair. The lifts location was very far from lobby."

"The property needs maintenance inside and out, my 3.30pm check-in sent me to a room that had not been made up. Language difficulties so I will definitely recommend elsewhere 😇"

"Did a late-check in which was difficult to organise on the day (search for the hotel for contact details, the number on Expedia just rings out) however after-hours security can get you in with booking number, ID and credit card ($200 deposit). 2-ply toilet paper was really disappointing after the impression the lobby made. Short walk from public transport and amenities. Would recommend if this was cheaper than the $230ish we paid p/night."

"I was lucky to have a very high floor so views were amazing! The bed and pillows are five star. The only glitch was retrieving keys/cards from corner shop...its awfully unorganised and just a mess to search through. I figured it out, but im sure there are many who struggle. Im surprised there isn't another organised, designated area to collect them..like Circle on Cavill Hotels do."

"The hotel itself is affordable, good location and good for a short stay. The staff were not transparent when it came to costs however. They stated they would ‘get us an ocean view room’ instead of a city view, implying an upgrade at their cost and kindness which we were delighted to hear. Only to be advised that we had to pay over a hundred dollars to be upgraded at our cost. They also advised the parking was $30 per night, only to be charged $35 on the second and subsequent nights. As much...
