"Very clean and comfortable room. We stayed in the double bed and single bunk bed for 1 night. Easy to get to from the airport taking the local bus. From terminal 3 we had to take 2 buses, but if you’re coming from terminal 5 it’s only 1 bus and takes less than 10 mins."

"From the carpets in the halls to the bathroom shower everything was nasty. There is a point in time that a hotel needs repairs, very convenient location and that was the reason we stayed but not worth it at all."

"Overall, my experience was positive with a few minor drawbacks. My room was located in a separate building, just above the gym. There were no lifts, so this could be an issue for people with mobility issues. The room itself was on the smaller side but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were really comfy. However, one downside was the loud music coming from the gym. Even though my room was two floors above, the noise was noticeable and a bit disruptive at times...

"The room was lovely and bed supper comfy but then that would be expected as the room was expensive for what it was. Some biscuits with tea and coffee would have been nice. "We came for a family night away to celebrate a birthday and we really found the hotel to be relaxed and friendly from the minute we got there. Our room was clean and within minutes of checking in staff came in with a basket and bowls for our dog. We had a few drinks in the bar area that evening which was busy due to football but a great atmosphere. The breakfast was lovely and the choice was great. We used the gym and spa and found the staff in the golf shop all to be extremely friendly...
