"The property was easy to access and the rooms were nice. Staff were excellent, check-in was accommodated early, which was greatly appreciated. The bathroom doors in room left little to the imagination and I was hoping for smoothies at breakfast as I saw them advertised through pictures, but was disappointed. Overall the stay was good! "

"Great stay! Big clean room! Cost was on point. Very family orientated! Pool was big and clean with kids toys and towels readily available. Also love that the pool/hot tub is adult only from 10pm to midnight. The included breakfast was very good for selection and the food was good. I always love the 'make your own waffle' station! "The breakfast was top notch! Our room met our requests. Parking, location and access...all good. The only (minor) concerns/complaints we had was that upon entering our room there was an overwhelming smell of excess cleaner and the lighting in the bathroom on the dim side. We asked front desk if they had an air purifier to maybe help with the strong smell, but they had none. Good news is the smell dissipated after awhile."

There were noticeable issues that made it uncomfortable to relax. The mattresses were another major concern. "Everything was excellent here at Comfort Inn West. Checking inn was easy peasy. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy and I sleep like a baby. The shower /bath area was clean, water had enough pressure, was a good stay! Checkout was very simple as well."
