"I personally wouldn’t stay there again. No ice machine and the fridge in the room didn’t make enough ice to even fill our cups to have cold drinks. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Had to go by a mattress topper and even that didn’t help. Couldn’t get the room cool enough to be comfortable. The noise from the room above us and beside us was too much to deal with. I’m sure it was kids jumping and yelling but I shouldn’t have heard that to all hours of the night."

"I asked before check in if the pool was open. They said yes. I specifically booked it because it had a pool. I walked up to the pool, it was out of order. I asked for the manager to co tact me during the stay. She never did. Conditioner bottle was empty during the stay. Big issue when you are already in the shower. Breakfast area was not clean or well kept during breakfast times. Pretty messy."

"Terrible stay. As a mobility scooter user, navigating the tiny bathroom was incredibly difficult, made worse because no ADA rooms were available despite booking 2 weeks out. The room was rundown with cracked paint and worn furniture, lacking a microwave, sink towel racks, and sufficient towels. ​The biggest issue was the front desk clerk, Rama, who explicitly lied and gaslit me. "They changed the room I ordered and had to put my party in separate rooms. It happened to one other customer in front of me and has to settle for a king bed with 3 people. The establishment is old and need of serious updates. The air conditioner would t cool below 75. The continental breakfast was terrible and few choices. The staff was friendly, but it hardly made up for all the negatives. Will not stay again. And will warn others not to as well."

"Front desk staff Alena was super helpful! The staff cooking the omelettes and the staff managing breakfast were wonderful. Roomkeepers were efficient. The biggest issues were baby squeals echoing from the center gathering space until late and late night door slams from neighbors, and that is a design issue. The staff was fantastic."
