"The service was okay, the room was fine, but the breakfast was a joke. The pancake machine barely worked and it hadn't been cleaned properly. My husband tried to fix it, so that's how we knew it wasn't cleaned. There were no fresh fruit and the sausage patties were overcooked, tasted like jerky. The juice machine had refill on everything, except cranberry. On the second day, the eggs were gone after an hour, no more extra and breakfast is suppose to be from 6-9, so there should have been more. The pool, hot tub and the gym were all unavailable. They said it should take 3 days but it hadn't been working since the 16th, so no clue what they were doing to fix it. The gym looked like it just needed to be clean because there were towels tossed all over the floor, so i don't understand why they closed it. Also, the sink and bathtub in our room kept flooding water so the drains need to be fixed. You could tell this place wasn't maintained at all. Would not recommend staying here."

"The hotel is just older and needs upgraded. The shower hardly has any water pressure and gets extremely hot randomly over and over again. Shower curtain is yellow. Pray you do not get put next to a room with a dog because there was a dog next to us that barked all hours of the day and night. Also we reserved the room for 5 people and when asked for new towels we were only given 1 towel..... one night one of the little kids threw up in bed, we asked if we could get new bedding to make up the bed and they said not until 7am... so a 3 year old was expected ro sleep without blankets all night. Just odd things happened throughout our stay. Breakfast is also not very good. "

"The staff were amazing the lady in the front desk overnight shift was so friendly and helpful!!! Night shifts can be a lot so THANK YOU for being friendly and amazing. Room was amazing the housekeepers did leave 1 dirty towel but it was behind the door so it could’ve been an honest mistake other than that everything and everyone was great. Definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely be staying here again when I come back in the future :) "

"A specifically pick the place because it had a hot tub and of course, when I get there, I find out the hot tub is out of order, and the overall vibe of the place is kind of grungy. But the staff were very nice and was even willing to give me my money back if I wanted to change hotels, but I wasn’t here long enough to waste time trying to find another hotel so I dealt with it"

"The breakfast is actual food and has various options each day, unlike previous hotels I’ve been to that offered a bagel or cereal. Room was well kept and clean and I loved having the in-room kitchen since I was staying multiple nights. I saved on not having to eat out a bunch. Great stay overall. "
