Tv in first room didnt work so got switched to another room that the shower screamed the entire...

"The room was dirty, there was a freezer that was in process of being defrosted so when we entered the room there was wet towels and some that appeared dirty being used for that purpose. The water in the shower was extremely hot. The water from the faucet had to be ran to get warm. There was dust above the lamps by the beds. There was dirty black fingerprints and smudges on the wall in the bathroom around the light switch. Breakfast was the same each day, no variety and the eggs were often...

"The breakfast is really nothing cereal and waffle and toast milk and water down orange juice. The staff at night mainly the mid shift gentlemen was very rude. We went to let our service animals outside side and immediately the front desk called the room phone accused us of having more people then us two in the room and accused us about having pets not service animals in the room and said you no your not to have any guest stop by. Just a jerk. Then ambushed my husband at the main doors and...

"Property is run down. Very dirty room, mold on the shower curtain and the drain was slow. no box of tissue or standard amenities in the room except for one tiny bar of soap (no plastic cup, no shampoo or body soap). The room was large- had a seperate seating area but the vinyl flooring throughout the room was very damaged and scratched up. Weird gross smells while walking the hall and in the elevator forced me to cover my nose with my shirt. I left early and did not finish my stay "

"The rooms are spacious and clean. Great view from our window. We were passing through and wanted to visit Garden of the Gods. We found the hotel close to the interstate and also very close to Garden of the Gods. Am very happy we booked a return stay as we head back home. "
