"Room was clean and breakfast was good. Our room had a connecting door and unfortunately the guests next door were very loud and we hardly got any sleep. Front desk staff was not the friendliest, unsure if we would go back."

"Staff was absolutely amazing!! We had a very frustrating situation with another booking with another hotel and it was late and I vented my situation to the front staff. She was very supportive, listened to my concerns and helped calmed me down. I truly appreciated it. It turned out to be a better night just having someone to vent to. "

"The breakfast was very nice and full of extensive selection. Thanks! The Mountain View was fairly blocked by other buildings but a short walk and you get the full view. "

"This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. I like all the decor. It's modern & beautiful. There's a good size parking lot. Depending on how you come into the city you have to go through several of the other businesses parking lots to get into the hotel. We didn't make it to the breakfast so I can't comment on it. I also like that it's located close to a large amount of restaurants. We will be staying here again."

"The staff was not helpful or friendly at all. We asked about breakfast the first day at check in. We were told a whole bunch of times and asked again about just the complimentary breakfast. We were told it was in the 9th floor from 6-1030 on the weekends and 6-930 on the week days. We were also told if we missed it we could let the restaurant staff know and they would take care of it for us. "Is absolutely disgusting. I paid for a room with a fridge and microwave and they didnt have any left. A whole part of the building is burned out. The bed was the qorst even for a cheap motel. There are so many better spots for similar money"

"Wonderful stay. When an error was made I was upgraded. They clearly take vey good care of their guests. Attention to my needs was always present throughout my stay. Grounds are beautiful and amenities were amazing! While it is pricey, I will return, too amazong to not!"
