"Hello, Never have I ever felt so uncomfortable with a receptionist. The lady who checked us in was very rude and didn’t even acknowledge me. I had to greet her. I saw her again down the hall and once again she didn’t even smile. Other than that everything was fine."

"We were a family of 5 adults, a 4 year old and a set of 1 1/2 year old twins! 2 Bedroom suite was perfect. Large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (need exhaust fans), and living area was adequate. One family member has celiac so that is why we have to have a kitchen. I asked if we could use a crockpot 3 times before arrival and everytime they said it was fine. The GFI outlet was not attached to the wall completely and when I moved my crockpot across the counter it threw sparks and ruined my crockpot. They...

"We had a great time at this hotel! The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfy. I didn’t get either of their names, but the lady at the front desk was great and the lady at the breakfast buffet this morning was so friendly and fun. Would highly recommend!"

"The rooms were very clean, the lady st the front desk Kyley was s blessing. We arrived at 239am way ahead of check in and she didn't charge us extra for the rooms. If you give out bonuses she deserves a big one. I have stay at hotel before and the front desk people won't even look at me they are speaking. Food was great also. "For the price I wasn't impressed, room was dirty, a couple repairs needed in the bathroom that I notified staff of right away so I wouldn't be charged. Chose spark for the pool and breakfast, but the cleanliness was the issue and the room was small and crowded definitely not what I expected for the 150$ price per night, also don't purchase the over priced drinks from the front desk because they were expired, drinks expired in March it's late July so yeah .... Kids had fun in the pool the...

"Not very good. Paid extra $$$ for "mountain view", all we got was below ground level trees. Manager refused to refund the money. Floors were sooooo gross! Even keeping shoes on in the room, you could still feel the sticky ick! Broken lamp shades and mirror frame, breakfast was pretty lacking, and the pool was a joke!! Their "indoor pool" was the size of a large bath tub. Also, next door to our room was the sprinkler closet. Made this loud annoying sound every few seconds, none stop. ...

"The room was in ill repair. The coffee machine didn't have the proper pods, so it boiled over the u. SB port did not work. The mattresses were very old. There was no cup for the coffee maker. All on aa it did not live up to the La Quinta name."
