He won my 3 year old grand daughter over with the simple gesture of giving her a badge for hurting finger. This saves me from a trip to Walmart. I have been the hotel business for 40 years. "I specifically asked not to be placed by the elevator and they placed us by the elevator and pool with the pool deck outside our room. I requested to be moved and they did accommodate us. The wifi wasn't working and when we called downstairs, no one answered for over thirty minutes. When we walked downstairs there were three people sitting at the front desk. They had no breakfast for us for two days and made excuses that their food order didn't arrive. It was Memorial Day weekend and they...

"We spent two nights at this hotel. Location was convenient to visit the tourist attractions nearby. Rooms were clean and spacious with most of the facilities and room service. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was awesome with an option to get customised egg omelettes. There was complementary evening snack and drink. Parking was ample. Overall it was a great experience and highly recommended."

"It was a decent hotel. You could hear every movement of the floor above and the elevator gave me Tower of Terror vibes, but for the price, it was a good hotel. The front desk people were very helpful and the rooms were pretty clean"

While checking out, there was a clearly drugged (I would assume fentanyl) man in the elevator. I requested help from the staff and he was removed, but he was able to get into the hotel unnoticed by the staff. A less than optimal experience, to say the least."
