"There was a circulation fan that ran above the bed ALL NIGHT LONG. I visited and called the front desk to have it turned off . . . but they said it could not be turned off. It made for a noisy and sleepless night. "

"Although it was a long wait for a room, we understood being short staffed and with back to back check in and outs kevin did an amazing job.... I stay at woodsprings all the time now while traveling so far they have great employees.. And cant complain about the amazing views "

"All the shops and more were available. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. My husband had 3 surgeries on his ankle and they provided a room on the first floor which was super helpful and the room was nice and clean. Great Job Alexandra Q"
