"We had a good stay at the hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. There was a weird smell when we first got there, I think it was cleaning chemicals. It was fine by the time we got back to the room after spending a few hours at main event. The breakfast and dinner was nice. Staff kept everything as clean as they could. We would definitely stay there again."

"Very well maintained hotel. It is a well taken care of building and great care has been taken to keep it clean. All staff were cheerful and helpful. The pool was the cleanest hotel pool I’ve seen."

"We booked 2 queen bedroom property and we were given only 1 king bed in the room. Upon checking with the hotel staff they said they don't reserve or hold the rooms if the booking is made via expedia which is a 3rd party to them."

The room was a great size but it was dirty, food crumbs on the beds trash on the floor, and it wasnt stocked no handsoap or extra toilet paper. There was a kitchenette but no utensils. The tiles in the bathroom were teetering and missing grout the curtains were broken in the bedroom. I was disappointed when I said it was dirty they didn't come clean or offer another room they gave us soap and blankets that we...

"When we got to the hotel room the bed had stains on it. The tub has an air bubble in the floor. We were gone for a day we stayed for 4 nights they went into room to “clean” all they did was take my snacks and replace the trash there was trash that wasn’t on the floor then on the floor and they went through our bags my wife is diabetic and can’t be missing her medication. They then denied going through our bags and left the room a mess replacing the bedding we were already using with bedding that...
