"Brand new hotel with amazing staff who actually seem happy to help. The rooms are clean, smart, look nice and come equipped with everything. Great location as we were going to the O2 for a concert. Amazing restaurants all around. And it felt safe and quiet. If you’re staying in Canary Wharf, it’s definitely worth booking here!"

"First of all, the accommodation I had booked for 7 people turned out to have only 6 double beds. When I inquired at reception, they told us that the staff had probably placed the 7 beds incorrectly; they had likely forgotten. So we had to find another sleeping place for the other person. With 6 people, everyone needs their own bed, not all sleeping next to each other. It was not very helpful, and we struggled with it quite a bit."

"Told me I could check in early then made me wait 3 hours. Rooms had no towels or toiletries when I arrived. There was also a “mistake” and the lifts were frozen at 11pm at night. Had to walk 20 flights of stairs or wait (again). Not ideal when it’s late and all I want is to sleep. Also the showers were stone cold for a day or 2. Rooms were clean. Staff were nice. But probably wouldn’t book again. "

"Terrible check in nearly 2 hrs late due to housekeeping issues. All that was needed was a text message to let us know that there has been a delay. We did eventually speak to the manager after checking in who couldn't apologise enough when she called round to see us with gifts for the inconvenience & a free late checkout & said it was her top priority to sort out housekeeping so that this never happened again. "The photos shown are of another property this person lets. I would not have felt safe staying in this accommodation regardless of cleanliness. We were met by a lady who didn’t speak English and who had dirty track bottoms on. As we walked in the entrance was filled with a tumble dryer on and stacks of cupboards precariously stacked on each floor. The room was at the top of the house but the rooms leading up to it suggested that this was for people needing emergency accommodation. I was with my...

"Everything surpassed expectation, a truly well-run and pleasant place to stay. Easy to hop over to the airport. I was at/in the bar for a couple of hours and was impressed with the super staff team; ultra polite, respectful, helpful, and all seemed very happy to look after customers. "
