"Quebecs is a beautiful hotel in a historic building that is full of charm. The staff is fabulous, going out of their way to make guests comfortable. I was hoping to stay in a room that I had stayed in on a previous visit that I had fallen in love with and they went out of their way to help me identify the room and put me in it again for this stay. There is also a wonderful French restaurant in the basement. "
