"Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in! Super clean room and en suite. Breakfast was self serve continental and catered for a variety of dietary requirements. The staff were really friendly. A lovely pub in a quiet area, 15 mins on the bus into Bath centre. Free parking on site. I'd definitely stay there again. "

"Property a little tired but very clean and staff are very nice. Rooms functional we were upgraded to a beautiful view, only complaint the hearing was in a timer and the room was very cold. They gave us an electric heater which took the chill off. "

"This is a lovely old building. The rooms are very comfortable and the bed is superb for a good nights sleep. Set just outside town, a short taxi ride in and out, it was very quiet and ample safe parking. The Dinner was very good (Belly pork) and you must try the garlic and cheese bread, it is huge like a pizza and far more than we expected. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they made our stay a memorable one. Thank you very much. I would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."

"Hotel was well located, staff were very welcoming and attentive. Although a lot of hotels take a card on check in for additional charges such as the bar, breakfast etc, this hotel actually takes the deposit from your card at the time and then refund you a few days later rather than only processing charges on check out. Not sure this is a great way of dealing with customers as you have to check that you receive the refund. "

"Unfortunately we had to get there early as the contact number on the website is no longer use. Half the building was cold the pool was not open as being renovated the gym also not open or the sauna . The room was so small should have been a single . The 2 staff we saw was lovely and very kind . The place didn’t look ready for any guests . We ended up going home ."

"overall we had an excellent stay. staff were excellent. Breakfast waa delicious. bed was comfortable and room was quiet. room was clean and well maintained. good location. The disappointment was the room was much smaller than picture on expedia. in making your reservation ask them about the size of the room. location is good but it is hard to get out of the parking lot due to hedges blocking view it made id difficult"
