"Told me I could check in early then made me wait 3 hours. Rooms had no towels or toiletries when I arrived. There was also a “mistake” and the lifts were frozen at 11pm at night. Had to walk 20 flights of stairs or wait (again). Not ideal when it’s late and all I want is to sleep. Also the showers ..."
