"Not worth the price. Shower is not situated properly without flooding the floor. Did not know the water had flooded the floor and stepped out and almost fell. Dangerous for someone not aware."

"This is a great hotel, quiet location and a quick 10 minute walk to Plaza de Armas. Staff were all so kind and helpful. Great room and bathroom. Breakfast was convenient, with great options to choose from. The only recommendation i would make is to offer 1-2 bottles of water complimentary."

"I LOVED my stay at Novotel Cusco. Namely due to the excellent, welcoming, and friendly staff. I was there as a solo female traveler and felt safe a walking back to Novotel and felt welcomed home. It’s also a very convenient location to the regular tourist beat. Easy to walk to most places you’d want to go within 10 minutes. I had no problem being picked up or dropped off by any tour agency. Lastly, the food is really good that Yaku Burger bangs."

"The staff here were fantastic. They helped us get taxis and even packed lunches for us when we went away on day trips. Our room was great- it had a balcony overlooking Qoricancha, a huge bathroom, a little living room and a fridge. Breakfast and coffee were prepared for us daily in the cafe next door as part of the hotel stay."

"rooms were clean, nice to have the common kitchen for coffee, they helped with anything I needed, everything felt clean and safe and the location was perfect, right in the middle of town and no need to climb any hills. Cusco can be loud and this location is tucked into a side street only for pedestrians so you don't hear the busy streets. I would definitely stay her again, it has everything we needed. Showers were actually hot and they even had a hair dryer."
