"Not worth the price. Shower is not situated properly without flooding the floor. Did not know the water had flooded the floor and stepped out and almost fell. Dangerous for someone not aware."

"I LOVED my stay at Novotel Cusco. Namely due to the excellent, welcoming, and friendly staff. I was there as a solo female traveler and felt safe a walking back to Novotel and felt welcomed home. It’s also a very convenient location to the regular tourist beat. Easy to walk to most places you’d want to go within 10 minutes. I had no problem being picked up or dropped off by any tour agency. Lastly, the food is really good that Yaku Burger bangs."

"This is the perfect located hotel! The staff could not have been more helpful and responsive prior to us arriving, during our stay and when we were leaving. They had someone waiting at the airport with a sign on our names, when we arrived before our room was read they held our bags while we went out, and had our room ready for early check in (11 AM). The room was so clean and cute, water and oxygen in case we needed it was ready. When we left for our overnight hike they had breakfast ready at...

"I highly highly recommend this hotel. Friendly staff, convenient location, clean room and comfortable bed. Breakfast is included and the staff there was nice. Don't forget to try the coca tea."

"The rooms were great. Breakfast was great. Location is amazing. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the night staff was not very attentive during my stay. The doors to the hotel lock around 10-11pm and if I arrived after that time I would have to ring the bell many times and wait 5-10 min for staff to open the door. Other than that, staff were very kind and they will keep your bags for you while you go to MachuPicchu!"

"rooms were clean, nice to have the common kitchen for coffee, they helped with anything I needed, everything felt clean and safe and the location was perfect, right in the middle of town and no need to climb any hills. Cusco can be loud and this location is tucked into a side street only for pedestrians so you don't hear the busy streets. I would definitely stay her again, it has everything we needed. Showers were actually hot and they even had a hair dryer."
