"I am here right as I am writing this review and wanted to say how much I love the service of the staff who works here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Victor at the front desk came and grabbed my suitcase to my room and explained everything and said if I needed anything to call 0 from hotel phone! My suite was beautiful and it’s so spacious and I love the bathroom with the rainfall shower head and hot tub! Just make sure not to drink the water from sink you can get sick so only drink bottle...

"Your hotel was our best experience in our 3 weeks in Peru. The beds are cozy and breakfast superb with chia for yogurt, a chef who made eggs to order and extras galore for toast, sausages and even almond milk. The concierge coordinated a taxi for us from Cusco to Palcoyo mountain (to hike for 2 hours) and then to our next hotel in Ollantaytambo. "rooms were clean, nice to have the common kitchen for coffee, they helped with anything I needed, everything felt clean and safe and the location was perfect, right in the middle of town and no need to climb any hills.
