"Great staff service from the front desk, to the restautant, housekeepingand the security guard. Everyone's kind and welcoming, always greeting you when they see you walking around the place. The property is right by the water, which offers a great view of the nearby islands. There was a storm when I was there and it rained a lot, there were some areas that had some water leaks due to the rain, nut the staff was proactive in moving guests that may have been affected by it. I would stay here...

"Number one thing that we loved about Bacau Resort are the staff. They are very friendly and accommodating. They know how to handle and take care with their customers. The rooms were clean and cozy. "Big room, nice pool, friendly staff, just a few minutes to walk to the „food street“ so just the normal noise from chicken/dogs and some cars driving by. They have to fix the sink in the bathroom and clean the fan but i can really recommend staying here "
"We had a great stay at charms hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful, even helped us to book the ferry and transports. The breakfast was also diverse and good, with fresh fruits and delicious pancakes/waffles. But also with a filipino touch :P

"Due to flight cancellations, we checked in the morning of our check out date. We were still welcomed regardless and we were able to have our complimentary brekky and a decent lie down until it was time for us to move hotels. "
