"Cet hôtel est vraiment agréable à tout point de vue .Je le recommande a tout les voyageurs. Le petit déjeuner est top . La piscine très grande , propre, arborée avec soin . Les chambres sont spacieuses , confortables. La climatisation est silencieuse. Et le staff est très aimable . Nous avons adoré la situation géographique, proche du port , centre ville . Et je recommande fortement le restaurant El kuvo , qui se situe juste à la gauche en sortant de l hôtel .....Nous reviendrons l année...

"The property has it all & is nicely designed but the rooms are very small. Our pillows were moldy, so much so I had to get a prescription on the island for my eye that was swollen shut. Shower water is off/on hot /cold but it’s fine. The pool was not well maintained, permanently cloudy. Good location, not a far walk from everything. Breakfast was about the same as everywhere else in the Philippines, basic."

"Tout d'abord en arrivant l'hôtel n'avait pas notre réservation dans leur système, ils ont voulu nous reloger un peu plus loin pour la chambre tout en bénéficiant de leurs infrastructures (piscine, petit déjeuner), ce que l'on a refusé, après 1h30 de négociations ils nous ont trouvé une chambre, que l'on a bien regretté d'avoir pris. Juste au bord de la route les nuits ont été un enfer même avec des boules quiès qu'on est allé acheter en pharmacie. Sinon la chambre très vétuste et c'est peu dire,...

"We only stayed 2 days of our week in Coron. Had to ask for the water to be turned on both days to flush toilet or shower. The photo on the website is 20 years old. Room does not look like the photos. We have a person with a walker he couldn’t get into his room because they put their inventory in the hallway and partially block the entrance. We asked they to clear the way but they did not. They say the are PWD friendly. They are not. "

We had asked for breakfast one day because we had a tour booked in the morning. They completely forgot about it or the message wasn't passed from the evening to morning staff. When we asked them about it they said they could still make it but they'd have to go out and get the eggs still. We didn't have time for that so it was a bit...

"Room was spotless, very nicely decorated. Bed was firm which is what I like. Pillows were good. Bathroom was clean. Typical with shower next to toilet. Only stayed one night but would stay again. Close to everything. "

"The room was for 4 persons and we were placed in a room with 2 twin beds! We all were attacked by many mosquitos! And when one of us got up and looked out the window there was a homeless man on the roof literally looking directly into our room .. which was terrifying! We checked out immediately. They would not refund us for the additional 2 days and did not offer to give is a ride to the airport. This place does not deserve any stars and would not recommend "

"The staff was very accommodating. I had shorted myself a day and they did everything possible to make arrangements for me to stay. This is priceless. The restaurant on the 4th floor is exceptional. The pool, clean and refreshing. A great place to find yourself."

"The place is a bit tired. Our room was small and had no outside window. Not many places to put your belongings other than on the floor. The hot water did not work as the hose was missing. Staff fixed it pretty quickly. Friendly and helpful staff and AC worked so all good. You get what you pay for, definitely budget. It was close to the wharf and walking distance to the busy area. You cannot beat its location. "
