"スタッフが二人、外国の方で、意思の疎通に苦労しながらも一生懸命務めてくれました。 レンジで買ってきたお弁当を温めてくれたり、氷をくれたり、近くの自販機を教えてくれたりしました 有難かったですが 設備として部屋の手洗いが流れず困りました 排水に難ありだと思います スタッフの方に言っても困るだけだろうと思いそのままにしましたが、洗顔、歯磨き、とにかく水が流れず、イラつきました 自販機も、教えてくれたのがソフトドリンクので、アルコールが欲しかった私はショック！ "

"A small inn ran by an old couple; I didn't see much of the husband, he seemed to be busy doing various tasks around the property. The wife was a kind lady, who will help you easily if you need it, she also has a decent grasp of English so you shouldn't need much google translate, especially if you know a bit if Japanese yourself. "

"Right next to Kyoto Station so very convenient for public transportation. Only a 5 minute walk. 7eleven access directly from the hotel was super useful for getting provisions for the day. Rooms are very clean and spacious."

"Hotel aside from having amazing views, has lots of updating to do. AC didnt work on our rooms. They set to a temperature you can't change. I booked 2 rooms both had the same issue. It was aways from the city, Hotel definitely could use some renovation."

"Amazing location across from Universal Studios, and a train station. One side of the hotel looked out on the water and colorful lit bridge and scenic outlook . Across the waterway was the fabulous aquarium which we went to via free ferry. Actually a complex of places to shop and eat, with a giant ferris wheel in the complex. Hotel restaurant was excellent where we ate Kobe beef that melted in your mouth. Closes early!Easy checkin, luggage storage, checkout with piano music in the lobby."

"The staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and clean. The AC went out for a bit but started working, the wifi was spotty in the room. We purchased the breakfast, most Japanese food, little Western choices, coffee was strong 👍. Rooms were spacious, beds soft, pillows hard. Rooms were clean. Had shopping and restaurants on 2nd floor. Had a ramp to the metro station. Hotel was central to many attractions. Would stay there again!"
