"I arrived at the hotel to a such a beautiful room, so clean with an amazing view. The staff were absolutely the best part of our stay. Beyond helpful and so kind to all our needs. I enjoyed the best cappuccino in such a gorgeous dinning area. To my amazement the bed was so comfortable, and room air conditioning was just right. Though they let us check in a little bit earlier, the room we were given was small - you couldn't move without bumping into furniture, and it was very dark. The bathroom had a curtain instead of an actual door. They both looked the same as far as bedding etc. When we arrived our son and daughter in law got a room as advertised and my husband and I were out on another building that was nothing like the photos and old. We were very disappointed I would be very clear you do not want out on the old building that you have to have there old keys to get into your room "

"We had a wonderful stay at Carnival Palace. We stayed for 9 nights in the red suite. The staff was extremely helpful in prepping for our stay and we felt right at home. While there they assisted with arranging excursions and promptly attended to all our requests from extra pillows, coffee, etc. In the morning we had a delightful breakfast and the staff did not dissapoint.
