"Spotless rooms, kind and helpful staff, great lounge, ample toiletries items provided in lobby, very convenient location for those new to Osaka, Kitahama station is right outside the front door providing easy access to Shin-Osaka, Dotonbori, Shinsekai, and Nipponbashi. Within walking distance to Osaka Castle. LGBTQ welcoming and we lived our stay here. Bonus there is a great cafe and Family Mart downstairs."

"We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and well-maintained. It’s also within walking distance to Universal Studios, which made everything so convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. I especially appreciated how helpful they were when I needed a last-minute cab ride to the airport — they arranged it quickly and made the process stress-free.
