The staff was lovely and very responsive and the breakfast spread was top notch and served in the most beautiful space. My only complaint was the tiny little shower…I could barely fit inside, the water pressure wasn’t great and there was no hand shower. The suite also only had one tiny trash can in the bathroom. "Loved this old building and stayed in two different rooms- the suite was fantastic. Perfectly located, although the bars below were rather lively during the World Cup. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. Ideal for the old town, and the Metro is on the square, right in front of the Hotel. Getting in the small door in the evening could be a problem if you are very large! We will come back here when next in Naples!"

"Comfortable and clean room but not your typical hotel. No 24 hour front desk staff or dedicated building. These are rooms within a larger building containing other apartments and/or offices. Staff was prompt and helpful. Breakfast is delivered to your room and was very good"
