Hotel dekat Ilbarritz Golf

"I loved everything about my stay here - the location, the cleanliness, the amenities, the style and vibe, and the staff. I highly recommend it."

"Property and staff were excellent"

"Super friendly staff and in a great location. Modern, clean and spacious."

"Séjour de 2 nuits à Bidart dans cet hotel au moment de l'éclipse. Le personnel était très accueillant et professionnel. La chambre était certes petite (nous le savions) mais avant tout très confortable, avec une super literie, ainsi qu'une climatisation et une insonorisation efficaces (pas de bruit alors que l'hotel était complet). Petit-déjeuner buffet de qualité, réapprovisionné régulièrement, avec en bonus des crêpes servies a table avec le sourire."

"Le petit déjeuner était fabuleux."

"This is a lovely hotel situated on the main street leading down to the small beach at Port Vieux , Biarritz. We received a very warm welcome from the staff and a welcome drink ( glass of sangria ) , which was a nice touch. Rooms compact but very cosy with good bathroom and very comfortable bed . Decent breakfast included in the price . 2 minutes walk to coast , and excellent restaurants nearby .Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to any friends who were visiting Biarritz."

"Lovely place, one really feels like you're alone in the countryside. We stayed only one night on a stop in between places. It's decorated very nice and is very clean, although not a lot of amenities; what I hadn't expected is that there's no staff there in the evening or overnight and it seemed we were the only ones staying on the premises; we were a bit concerned that if anything happened, we were abandoned, with no instructions who to contact if something was needed. It's probable a lovely...

"Great location nice clean and tidy . No bar available."

"Can’t recommend. Photos don’t do the place justice for how dirty and broken it was. Breakfast was gross. The staff was lovely."

"Unmanned reception after 2pm - a joke for a so called hotel Parking - forget it Pillows - monks sleep on better Dated, tired and very noisy until early hours No thank you! :-(("

"The property is centrally located with clean and modern rooms. There was a good selection and variety of foods for breakfast. The hotel offers beach towels, beach umbrellas, chairs, etc. for guests' use which is a very nice touch. We found all staff, especially reception to be friendly and helpful. We have no hesitation in recommending the Mercure Biarritz and would definitely stay again."

"Great location"

"I booked because of having a Restaurant, but its closed on weekend, because the cook does not want to work on weekends … may be he picked the wrong job? this and other strange experiences, where help only was given after escalation gave a medium experience, though the stuff seemed friendly, despite the elderly guy who behaved like a super grumpy boss, unwilling to help, while stuff managed to pursuade him to do so, for solution was not so difficult as he made it look like. May be the second guy...

"Friendly staff, breakfast and nice coffee"
