"Staff was able to really help us with a room that accommodated the elderly people in our group. We had sent email messages to the establishment prior to our arrival asking for help in this department. The front desk staff was extremely helpful with providing an exact location for our tour pick-up the next morning which allowed us to plan our route for those in our party with limited mobility. "The location was excellent for exploring old Quebec City. It was a cute and clean hotel. Staff was warm and welcoming and very helpful. Parking was $20per night across the street.
We booked a room with a private bathroom. The room was small, but pleasant and great for our 1 night stay. I would definitely stay again."
